ePocrates is a great quick medication reference.  The free version is adequate for many people, and a suite with more extensive refernces is also available.
MedCalc is a free medical calculator app that gives you access to a wide variety of medical formulas and scores.
Eponyms gives you access to a quick database of over 1500 eponyms.
iSilo is a document reader for viewing files in iSilo, Palm Doc, and plain text format.
There are numerous references you can find and purchase for use within iSilo.  One major one is the Clinical Medicine Consult, a large comprehensive medical reference.  Other files can be found at the MeisterMed web site.
ICDMeister is a ICD-9 coding tool with information organized in an easy-to-find format.
Bishop's Score Calc is a dedicated Bishop score calculator to assess the expected failure rate for induction of labor.
OB Patients is an OB patient tracking tool that includes a simple "wheel" for calculating due dates.
EyeChart is a simple tool to (roughly) assess a patient's visual acuity at the bedside.
Vaccines is an immunization reference tool.
AHRQ ePSS provides the entire database of preventive services from the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, including a tool to recommend services to an individual patient.
PubMed On Tap is a Medline search tool.  You can view abstracts right on the device and email the abstract to yourself or a friend.
